Refunds and returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet our policy conditions. Returns without prior contact may be refused. SECTION 7 – EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, limited to two exchanges per order. Customers must contact us and provide evidence of the item and their desired replacement. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving a prepaid label. Exchanges are shipped within 3–5 business days after inspection. Price differences may result in a refund or additional payment invoice.
