REFUND POLICY
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

- Original packaging intact
- All tags and accessories included
Important: Returns sent without prior contact with us may be refused, and refunds will not be processed.

RETURN FOR REFUND PROCESS

- Provide proof of purchase and photos if applicable (damaged or defective items)
- Wait for our response and receive a prepaid return label
Return timing:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the prepaid return label.
- Package the item carefully to avoid damage during transit.

RESTOCKING FEE
- Items damaged or defective due to our error are not subject to any restocking fee
- All other returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per product
