Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, please review our exchange policy below.
EXCHANGE WINDOW
Customers may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be new and unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be included
Each order is eligible for up to 2 exchanges.
Good news: There is no fee for exchanges.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or contact form on our Contact Page
- Include in your message:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
- Your exchange request and desired item
- Wait for our response and receive a prepaid return label
Return timing:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the prepaid return label.
- Package the item carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the exchange item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Price difference:
If your exchange results in a price difference, we will either:
- Issue a refund for the overpayment, or
- Send an invoice via email for any additional payment required
